Our updated policies and procedures take effect on August 1, 2024.

Below, you’ll find the most current student policies and procedures at Elevate. These are also available on your iClassPro account where you sign and agree to the policies.

Policies & Procedures

Payments

Annual Membership Fee

A membership fee of $45 per student (upon each enrollment) is required for class enrollment.

Parties, Open Gyms, Parents’ Night Outs, and camps do not require a membership fee. This is an annual registration fee and is non-refundable. This fee renews each year at the anniversary of enrollment.

Monthly Tuition/Payment Methods

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay in Cash, Check, or Debit/Credit card. Card payments that are approved for auto-draft for tuition will be processed on the last day of the previous month. (Example: A payment on May 31 pays tuition for June.) Cards enrolled in Auto-draft will receive a $5 discount on each month’s tuition.

Note: Auto-draft payments only apply to classes.

Pricing

Our pricing is $80 a month for our introductory gymnastics and tumbling classes (or $75 a month if you’re enrolled in auto-pay) and $75 a month for preschool classes (or $70 a month if you’re enrolled in auto-pay). Click here to see the full list of class tuition prices.

Multiple Class Discount

Students receive a $20 discount on monthly tuition for each additional class they’re enrolled in.

Sibling Discount

We offer a sibling discount of 10% off monthly tuition for a second student in the same family, and 15% off monthly tuition for a third student in the same family.

Late Fees

Tuition paid after the 8th of the month will incur a $5 late fee. This will include all expired or declined credit card transactions.

Drop from a Class

Members wishing to drop Students from gymnastics classes must notify Elevate Gymnastics via your iClassPro account prior to the last business day of the month.

To drop your student using iClassPro:

  • Sign in to your account

  • Select student enrollment

  • Select drop

  • Select request drop

You can also drop a class via the office or email by filling out a drop form.

A drop form must be filled out unless dropping through the iClassPro portal.

Members dropping Students from class after the last day of the month will be issued a Store Credit.

Store Credits

Because classes have limited openings and are reserved for as long as you are enrolled, Elevate Gymnastics does not issue refunds. We do issue good faith store credits for Members who drop classes in proper accordance with the Drop Policy. There may be other unique cases where a Store Credit is issued. All Store Credits expire one year after the issue date unless expressly specified in writing by Elevate Gymnastics to the Member at the time of issuance.

Classes

Arrival and Pickup

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes (no earlier please) before his/her scheduled appointment time.

Please be timely in picking up your student and inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Students must wait inside the building for you to escort them to your car.

During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully as our students include young children! Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

48 Classes Per Year

Elevate Gymnastics guarantees an average of 4 classes per month over a 12-month period. Most months have four lessons. Some months have five lessons, and very few have three lessons.

Attendance

Elevate Gymnastics has open enrollment year-round for all classes. Each class is charged a flat monthly fee. The fee reserves the gymnast’s place in the class whether attending or not. Therefore, there are no refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. For missed classes, we offer makeup tokens.

Makeup Tokens

When a student is marked as absent your account will be given a makeup token. This can be used to schedule a day/time that you can take a class to substitute the missed class. A makeup class can be scheduled as far in advance as you need; however, you will need to apply the token within 2 weeks of the missed class. Members will only be issued 2 makeup tokens per month.

Makeup classes can be scheduled from your iClassPro account or at the front office.

What to Wear

Students may wear tucked-in t-shirts and shorts, however we strongly encourage girls enrolled in gymnastics classes to wear leotards to assist coaches in spotting and so that loose articles of clothing don’t impair vision or increase chances of injury. Competitive gymnasts are required to have a  leotard to participate in practice.

All students should be barefoot while in class. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. No jewelry or chewing gum is allowed. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Be sure your gymnast’s personal items are marked with their name.

Gym Policies

Private Lessons

Members of Elevate have the opportunity to take lessons with coaches who offer private lessons for gymnastics and/or tumbling! In the past, those were scheduled by reaching out to the office; however, coaches now handle their own communication, scheduling, and payments for private lessons. Communications with private lesson coaches should be solely about private lessons.

To request a private lesson, visit elevategymnastics.us/privatelessons.

To take private lessons, you must be enrolled in a class at Elevate.

Inclement Weather

When weather is extreme, please check our Facebook Page for closure information. We will also send closure information by email and push notification through the iClassPro App.

Generally, if Russellville Public Schools are closed due to bad weather, we will also be closed. Makeup tokens will be given for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.

Emails and Marketing

Elevate Gymnastics may send transactional and promotional emails to prospects and members. Transactional emails consist of emails pertaining to your Member account such as monthly statements, credit card receipts, class information, reward programs, Student enrollments, and privacy mailings. Promotional emails consist of emails about upcoming events and services that may be of value to our Members.

An email address is required for creating an account with Elevate Gymnastics.

Transactional emails will be sent to any Elevate Gymnastics Member when it is necessary to communicate important information to your Family about your Member account.

Promotional emails will only be sent to Members who have agreed to receive promotional emails from Elevate Gymnastics. Any Member who agrees to receive promotional emails from Elevate Gymnastics can opt-out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button in any promotional email or by contacting the Elevate Gymnastics office.

Tobacco Policy

Elevate Gymnastics is a tobacco-free environment. The use of cigarettes, vapes, tobacco-related products, and/or e-cigs are prohibited on the Elevate Gymnastics premises.

Parental Conduct

For classes, parents may drop students off or wait in the lobby. Parents must not enter the main gym area unless specifically invited by a coach. Parents and guardians are expected to supervise their children while they are in the lobby. During practice sessions, please allow the coaches to conduct their instruction without interruption.

If you need your student during class, please ask the office staff for assistance.
